The company provides specialized repair and restoration services tailored to ultra-luxury interiors, including high-end hotels, superyachts, private residences and estates, luxury spas, and government-owned properties. The vast majority of our work is carried out on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Our team of specialists brings decades of experience, particularly within the superyacht sector, delivering exceptional results across some of the world’s most luxurious interiors.

As a team, we have extensive experience working with rare and highly specialized materials and finishes, including unique marble, intricate inlays, pearl-effect finishes, metallic paints, high-gloss surfaces, rare woods, decorative flooring, bespoke furniture pieces, and delicate ornamental items.

We have extensive experience working directly with high-profile clients, including prime ministers, crown princes, presidents, and over 40 ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Our work is carried out with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, reflecting the expectations of some of the world’s most distinguished clients.

Thomas Perryment

Founder

Thomas is the founder of Regal Repairs and Restorations. Prior to founding the company, Thomas spent over thirteen years working onboard superyachts as a head carpenter, he has contributed to some of the most prestigious vessels in the world, serving presidents, royal families and more than 20 high profile UHNWI worldwide.

Throughout his career, Thomas was a key member of four new build teams responsible for delivering some of the worlds largest and most luxurious yachts all each exceeding 500 million euros. His hands on expertise spans the finest of bespoke interiors, consistently maintaining and exceeding the highest industry standards.

Having reached the pinnacle of his career, Thomas had noticed a gap in the market and a vision in transforming the maintenance department in the luxury hotel sector, after which he established the company Yotworks which later rebranded to Regal Repairs and Restorations, providing high end repair and restoration services for ultra luxury hotels, residences and yachts worldwide. Since its inception, the company has evolved into a global enterprise employing a diverse team of highly skilled specialists with refined niche skillsets.

Joshua Kenny

Sales Director

Joshua has been an integral part of the business on the sales front since the founding of the previous company. He currently leads the sales department, overseeing all new business across both superyacht and luxury hotel sectors. Prior to joining the company, Joshua spent five years working onboard superyachts, following a successful career of over six years in corporate sales.

During his time at sea, he worked closely with members of a royal family and several well-known ultra-high-net-worth individuals, gaining a deep understanding not only of client needs but also of the nuanced details involved with this calibre of clientele.

While onboard, Joshua collaborated extensively with owners’ teams and played a key role in coordinating with suppliers, contractors, manufacturers, warranty teams, and owners’ representatives, ensuring seamless execution of complex projects and bespoke requests.

Matt Seyforth

Senior Project Manager

Prior to joining the team, Matthew spent ten years working on board superyachts as a head carpenter. Matthew worked on the worlds largest yacht for many years as their head carpenter. He has worked in some of the worlds most expensive interiors, repairing and restoring fine bespoke interiors of rare and uncommon materials. Over his time on yachts Matthew built up a breadth of knowledge, understanding each and every material used in high end finishing and how to restore them to new.

Matthew spent 2 years on a new build project part of a build team representing the owner, in which he was heavily involved in design, outfitting and sign off of all interior spaces. With Matthews extensive experience managing large scale projects, he heads up the projects department in regal repairs and restorations.

Nikita Perryment

Head of HR

Nikita brings over six years of experience in the superyacht industry, having served as Head of Housekeeping on vessels exceeding 100 meters. Throughout her career, she has worked within some of the world’s most luxurious interiors, delivering exceptional standards of service. She also has extensive front-of-house experience, supporting VIP guests and ensuring all onboard needs are met with discretion and precision. Nikita has a strong understanding of the expectations and service levels required when working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).

In her leadership roles, she managed large housekeeping teams and played a key part in recruitment processes. Building on this experience, she now leads the HR department at Regal Repairs, where she applies her industry knowledge to talent management and organizational development.
